Shoe Lake Camping Trip

 July of 2024 we camped two nights at Shoe Lake in Manitoba.

We camped with a family we met in Malawi and had a great time.

Campsites are accessible only by water so you need a boat or canoe.

The weather was great but it would have the potential to be hot in the summertime.  Mosquitoes were a problem only after dark.  

The water was great for swimming!

We fished a little and caught one smaller walleye and a nice smallmouth bass.  I'm sure someone who is a fisherman would do well.
